Rejecting rejection!

If we do this - reject rejection -
We violate ourselves!
These are strong words I know.
Yet rejecting what we dislike is a fundamental right and necessity.
We must practice it consciously
To establish, maintain and refine our ability to do so.
Only when our No is strong does our truth emerge.

Live and let live.

Boundaries exist.

Everywhere.

We need to feel them.

And respect them.

Otherwise damage will be done.

Our responsibility is to set and maintain our own boundaries.

Whilst allowing others to do the same.
