Feel it to heal it!

"When I don't feel any remorse about a situation or condition, particularly my health, I look for the harm being done." - SRSR

If we don't feel it, we can't heal it.
Look for the harm being done.
Be grateful when feelings of remorse arise.
Decide to let them come and really feel them.
This is a major step towards repairing the damage.
Find within, your "I can do this!"
Improvement is then inevitable.
