Is this a habit? Is it healthy?

Habits aren't necessarily 'bad'.
Some are 'good'.
E.g. thinking 'good feeling' thoughts.
Think your 'best' thought (about what you're eating, and the consequences)
And you won't go far 'wrong'.
Boy! What a lot of ''''''!
But you know what I mean, yeah?

Everything you eat or drink is a gift to your body,
'good' or 'bad'!
Feel good about all the gifts you give your body,
not just some of them.
They all count,
so weigh up each and every one,
before they become part of you.

Unless it isn't!
We learn by experience.
And if it feels good, we generally label the experience 'good'.
And do it again if possible.
Repeated too many times it may become 'old hat'.
Then we need to move on to other new experiences and learning.
