Accept good things from the abundance that is life!

Life is abundant.
It's amazing.
Why then do we sometimes feel 'bad' or 'down'?
Why can't we "snap out of it"?
Well-being is our birthright, but we've got to want it.
Breathe, move, make sound.
Walk in nature ... feel its abundance ... and align with it.

Cut it out!

Fix it, or get rid of it.
If it no longer serves you, be done with it.
Otherwise it's just a burden - a heavy, unnecessary load.
Put it down. Let it go. Leave it behind.
Oh, what freedom! What delight - to walk on without it.
No blame. No shame. No guilt.
It was what it was, and now you are what you are - lighter!

Rather, permit yourself to explore new ideas about healthy living.
Feel the relief of allowing rather than preventing.
Of embracing and expanding rather than shunning and contracting.
Intend to live well.
Regret times when you haven't and don't.
Life and well-being are as good as we allow them to be.
